Long Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This contract has been established electronically between AEN Jean Studio (“Seller”) on the one hand and the consumer shopping through aenjeanstudio.com (“Buyer”) on the other hand, within the framework of the terms and conditions set forth below.
Topic 2
The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website and the regulation of the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Product and Service Information
The type, type, quantity, sales price, payment method and delivery information of the products purchased by the Buyer are included on the order confirmation screen and in the order summary sent by e-mail.
4. Delivery
Products will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer via courier within the legal period following order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and the operating conditions of the courier company.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice to the Seller within this period is sufficient. The product for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be unused, its packaging intact, and in resalable condition.
6. Return Conditions
The shipping cost of any product returned under the right of withdrawal is the responsibility of the Buyer. Once the product reaches the Seller and passes the conformity check, the refund will be made within 14 days . The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in the Buyer's credit card or bank account may vary by bank.
7. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are custom-made or that cannot be returned due to hygiene rules.
8. Dispute Resolution
In disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Commerce, and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes above these limits.
9. Entry into Force
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract when placing an order.
