Cancellation and Refund Conditions

1. Return Period

•You can request a return within 14 days from the product delivery date.

2. Return Conditions

•The product must be unused, unwashed, and with its label and original packaging.

•There should be no stains, odors, deformations or modifications on the product.

•The product to be returned must be sent with its original invoice.

3. Return Process

•You can send us your return request along with your order number via [return request form/link].

•After the product reaches our warehouse, your return will be approved within 3 business days and your payment will be refunded to you within 5 business days at the latest using the same method as the payment was made.

4. Change

• Exchanges are made depending on stock availability.

• In cases where there is no stock, you will be notified of the product to be remanufactured. This period is 6-8 days.

5. Defective Products

• If there is any manufacturing error, defect or wrong product sent upon receipt of the product, you have the right to a free exchange or return within 30 days.

6. Products That Cannot Be Returned

• Used, washed, labeled products.

• Renovated products.

7. Returns and Exchanges

• For returns or exchange requests, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

• Products must be unused, unlabeled and returned in their original packaging.
